A friendly text-message assistant that helps coordinate local secondhand sales. Buyers text about an item and get quick answers, fair pricing, and easy pickup scheduling. A real person (the seller) gives final approval before any sale.

How it works

  • A seller lists an item and shares a short code (e.g., GATE123).
  • A buyer texts that code to (704) 601-7008.
  • The assistant answers questions, discusses price within the seller’s limits, and helps set a pickup time.
  • The seller approves the final deal; payment is arranged directly (cash or the seller’s preferred method).

  • Is this a real person? It’s an assistant that helps coordinate the conversation, but the seller makes all final decisions.
  • How do I pay? In person at pickup, or the seller’s preferred method (for example, cash or Zelle). We never send payment links or ask for card/bank details, passwords, or verification codes.
  • Where’s the pickup? A general area is shared up front; the exact location is shared only after the seller approves the deal.
